"It's (his facial features) both God-given and touched up by a doctor," said Kim, in response to host Kang Ho Dong's questions on whether his looks were God-given or 'man-made'.
"I was watching the older boys in the neighborhood try to break a radio by throwing rocks at it.
"My nose was hurt when I got hit by a rock. I later got treatment for my nose and raised it a little in the process," explained the 25-year-old "Boys Over Flowers" star.
It is very rare for Korean celebrities to publicly admit that they had gone under the knife, even though in reality, many K-pop stars may have had work done.
Last year, Shin Yong Ho, a popular Korean cosmetic surgeon, revealed that as many as 95 percent of the country's celebrities have undergone procedures to enhance their looks at some point in their careers.
When I started watching korean movies and dramas I kinda notice most of the actors/actress nose looks like a bit too perfect and odd like they had a nose job. At first I thought maybe korean's are genetically given that kind of nose but then when I saw boys over flowers I was 100% sure jiho had a nose job when I googled it I was surprise that most of them had plastic surgeries.
